iPads in Japan

I read this book again and googled how much iPads are used in education in Japan.
大して掘っていませんが、こんな記事や、あんな記事が見つかりました。これもそうですね。他にも、現場教員の声と大学での導入報告もありました。


直接学校での導入例では無いですが、コレはすごい。佐賀県武雄市、アツイです。初代館長は読み返した本の著者の方で、彼の勤務する慶応大学大学院メディアデザイン研究所大学と武雄市が組んでこのプロジェクトが現実化されたようです。地元のメディアも何気に協力している？ところもアツイ。


少し古いですが、音楽に導入された例の映像がありました。


今はこういう時期ですね。

NHK Creative Library

NHK。そうです、Nippon Hooso Kyookaiです。国運営(総務省)の放送局がデジタルコンテンツを提供しないで、どうデジタル教育を推進するのか？という疑問を払拭する嬉しいWeb tool、Creative Libraryの登場です。まだ、使ったことはないですが、ドーモくんを始め様々なコピーライトフリーの映像コンテンツが使用できて、映像まで作れるという機能があります。 

他にもNHK for Schoolという小学生から高校生まで学習できる映像コンテンツを提供しているウェブサイトがありあます。

TOSSランドも人気があるようです。

小学生向けMicrosoft Office学習支援ソフトなんてのもあります。Dr. シンプラー。


どれもJHLで使えそうです。もしかしたら、JFLでも使えるかもしれません。

Internet Data Says...

Akamai shows rankings of Internet users, connection speeds and etc. by countries. The data says that the US has the most Internet users, yet you need to think about it as percentage of population in each country. In terms of percentage, Japan and Korea are just about as same as the US. This fact has to do with this issue and accelerates the development of digital textbooks. Pelican dads?... Catch up in ITC! Hope it's not too late. Good luck with them.
